Wicked Weed Brewing’s continuous forward momentum has brought to the region another new venture: Cultura.

Cultura, located next to Wicked Weed’s Funkatorium, is the brewery’s first foray into fine dining. This is not an antiquated, white-tablecloth venue, though the dining room strongly suggests a more-refined experience than the pub. After you order, you’ll receive an amuse bouche. The small bowl was beautifully presented, a dollop of a savory custard garnished with nasturtium, straw-sized beans and herb fronds.
