We’ve teamed up with Chef Chad Holmes from Equal Plates Project for this month’s Cultivated dinner on Thursday, June 15th. As a part of our Cultivated Community Dinner Series, Solstice Supper will highlight early summer produce from local farms and Chef Chad will put his Spanish and French techniques on full display with some southern twists as a nod to his grandmothers, who taught him to cook. Proceeds will benefit @equalplatesproject whose mission is to connect WNC’s agricultural communities with our neighbors who need access to fresh, locally-grown, nutritious meals.
